ummmmmm yes that is the one ("normal" milk has all the antibiotics and rubbish fed to cows... organic doesnt and its creamier... yummooo~)

well i find that hte stuff i fancy you cant buy seperate i don think? ... i like the mix of spinach, rocket and them leaves.. so i tend to buy pack of that and then the other stuff all seperate .... dont like boring salads ie, cucumber, tomato and iceberg lettuce.. more interesting stuff around than that now yummooo
do you rinse / wash all your salad/veg/fruit before eating/cooking to get rid chemicals, pesticides? or jus think feck it and not worry what it does to ya
