Finding out I've been taken for a chump AGAIN - why is it soooooo hard to be a good judge of character or in this instance characters - I am pants at it, really am!!!!!
It's as if you think, well they are decent individuals and you let you 'shhead' guard down - and wallop, like being slapped in the face with a rather large salmon the reality of their true natures surface. Anyway, another sore lesson learned, such is life - thank goodness for all the other brilliant people in my life to them. Sorry for being a glumbum - feel better for my therapeutic spout off lol.

Like you, I never seem to learn but I have just bought myself a new set of body armour and it does seem to be proving worth what I paid for it.

Hearing that my daughter's old school friend lost her battle with cancer this morning at age 12. Can't shake that one off with three girls myself.
What with that and someone close to me suffering a bit of a setback today, I wish it was yesterday when all I had was toothache (which still hurts)!
