Being out on my new bike today and coming home and being able to call it Harmony again and not Horrible Horace, even stalling it twice didn't faze me, its just so different to riding my Virago and going to take a bit of settling in. Realising if I had melon balls and sugar free jelly for tea I would have enough WW points to chill with a glass of wine and not go over my points. woo hooo

Spending all day out on the bike with the bloke. Started out by a quick trip down to Mum's and she has given me a cheque to pay for new clutch in the car. Then over to Monsal Head via the back roads for an ice cream Then Matlock Bath for a chippy lunch then back up north again. I got a lucky bird "strike" and that meant I didnt get caught in any of the two speed traps, didnt get wiped out by either of the two car driving prats and made it home before the rain hit

Ian,I actually knew a bloke called Cecil Pitt.He was a lorry driver of the old school and could tell tales of life on the road that would make your hair curl lol.Needless to say,his name was generally shortened as you can imagine!!
