That's really bad news Weirdo, how can this bloody government justify their actions. Criminal, the lot of em. They should start by scrapping their own jobs, useless bunch of bs

That's crap to hear raptor & I agree totally with your comment, soon our defences are gonna be stretched to breaking point.

& now some bright spark has suggested arming the rebels ... we did that in Afghanistan & now our boys are being shot with weapons we provided

Update on my previous post - I was lucky this time, but some of my good friends have lost their jobs. My sadness/disappointment for them outweighs my own relief, which is why it has to stay in this thread. A sign of the times eh?

Thank you for all your thoughts at what has been a very sad time.
If a funeral could be said to be lovely Faye's certainly was, the sun was out and it was warm enough to not even need a coat, an amazing number of people came and it was so lovely to see so many of Faye's Leicester friends there and all taking the trouble to wear a yellow rose, the service was conducted by a humanist celebant and all the songs were Faye's favourite happy songs and the service included a sing along to Bob Marleys, Three little birds with the recessional music being from Matilda "Send me on my way" by Rusted root,

Massive hugs CG. Certainly puts my troubles into perspective. We dwell on so much trivial rubbish that probably wouldn't have troubled the last couple of generations. We are all truly blesed in this day and age. Its a pity we miss the good stuff because we are too busy worrying about crap.

Not making it to my mum's in Benfleet after lots of organising and planning because of some stupid bloody noise on my bike which is probably just something silly, but couldn't take the risk. Got halfway before I heard it and had to come back steady - freezing now for the rest of the day and for nothing!

having nightmare tenants in my old house who refuse to pay rent, which I rely on to pay everything!!!! thinks its ok to have class A drugs in, a dog that shits and pees everywhere, and a drug dealer in situ. And Police not being able to prove anything.... yet! And having to wait till beginning of June to get the b******s out. If they go ....

That's stressful, I used to live next to tenants who smoked weed and had a dog that s**t everywhere. Our whole house stank of weed, to the point that the kids didn't want to go to bed ( cos it stank worse upstairs!) landlords need more rights!!!!!!
