Actually, today is relatively rant-free... The most charming, polite and helpful children at the show I went to this weekend deserve a what made you smile post all to themselves.
They didn't get as good a turn-out as expected, with the weather being a little iffy on Friday, but it was a great bunch, great atmosphere and altogether a pleasure to work at. alongside the friendliest & most helpful bunch of traders I've been alongside yet.
Now all I need to do is persuade the customers to spend just a little more with me

Back to topic, I was BBQ'in in the garden with my son at 4 o clock this morning, we had a fire going and yes cooking in the semi dark is a bad idea, that's another story but hearing a woman shout at the top of her voice at 4 am "why does my bathroom smell like a f***in BBQ" and slam the window is still ticking me
Telling my daughter i got her something today and to close her eyes.then placing her favourite kitten in her lap, and temming her we she can keep it....she was in tears, a very special moment.....bless....i was filling up too...dont care what peeps think, thats how i am.

Things are looking up... an unexpected phone call from someone I didn't think I would hear from again... put a great big smile on my face! Suddenly, Monday doesn't seem quite as depressing as it did!
driving southbound on the M40 through oxfordshire this afternoon and I was treated to the spectacle of a dozen or so red kites swirling and swooping...what magnificent birds they reall are!
