Sorry 2 hear about ur dog, had to have my 2 year cat put down 4 months ago because she was poisend :(( it's horrible !! What mad me sad today was trying to start my bike 2 get to work , wouldn't start :(( then hopped in the car . Once at work realising I hadn't turned the petrol on ... Dope !!

What made me sad today was realising I'm 50 tomorrow. Still on the up side I can now look forward to cheaper car insurance, and life insurance and if I enquire about it I can now get a free gift (wow a parker pen to sign all those cheap deals i'm gonna get). LOL

Amerthyst don't forget that a whole new world of SAGA holidays is opening before you. Seriously though, you can't do anything about age, it's positive situations and people around you that make the difference and you can do something about that. My life has been fuller since I hit 50 than at anytime. Happy birthday for tomorrow, hope you have a lovely day.

Irritated Realisation its a month since my mountainbike ''off'' - I'm missing getting out and about on the bike - and probably another 6 weeks before I get clearance to ride again (pedal OR internal combustion) - assuming I behave that is and its been such a perfect couple of biking days.... bah humbug
