I think my computer is poorly, it was making a heck of a racket earlier like there was something going on in the background or the hard drive is on its way out, well it's either poorly or I've got a hacker.
B M was dragging tonite because of it.
No computer not sorted but quieter than it was, ta drobess.
PML @ me in drag, I thought only males 'dragged up' and unless some quack bunged an extra item onto my anatomy I'm still female, I think
SNAP Lou...I have had insomnia for nearly 20 months now...tried everything....well there is one thing Ive not tried..but I need some help with that LOL...
I go through phases of it... blooming frustrating... but then you enter the vicious circle, as the frustration causes yet more inability to sleep... your body goes on autopilot and you just keep going through sheer bloody-mindedness!
MY son was suffering from insomnia for a few months , took a course of Nytol for 2 weeks and 'touch wood' he is back to normal sleeping patterns (for a student !!!)
Cheers BJ - mine's mostly caused when I'm being a stress-puppy and the Nytol doesn't seem to touch it... brain in overdrive seems to combat the effects of the Nytol!
It's not entirely surprising... I'm mostly working from around 6am til midnight at the mo. Shame I'm not on a wage, eh?! *rolls eyes* I really need that rolling eye smiley!
It's been on and off for about 4 years now - guess it's just part of life. I've been a lot better during the last year though, so perhaps I'm getting past the worst of it
WB my sons a med student and used this method on advice from one of his lecturers.
But i know what ur saying somethimes you can push urself past tiredness hence not being able to sleep at all then, frustrating to say the least !!
seeing all the devastation the weather has brought to my local area, although me and my family ok , all surrounding roads, and ways out are blocked with floods , collapsed bridges or shut roads due to health and saftey. but my heart goes out to the local policeman who lost his life trying to help motorists, and all the people whos homes and businesess have been destroyed by all this , its awful. also in this time of the credit crunch, people cant even get to their jobs in these areas to make money as there is no way in at the moment. just hope the weather forecast is wrong ,for the weekends more gales and rain, as i would hate to see what other distruction it could do.i am so grateful myself and my family are not yet affected by our house been flooded, but sad for all the famliies that are affected
