or the must be some book available on the market, like a 'Dummies' guide..... ......could do with using plain english for the newbies...... Oi !! Those websites are definately helpful.. thanks Blue Will bookmark them for future reference. But like ghosty sez nothing beats being actually shown on your bike. hehe .. actually I personally prefer hands on and plain English Stella, I could probably get to yours, if i had an escort..

One large bread roll, with butter on the bottom half only. Three rashers of slightly crispy bacon, two pork and leek sausages grilled and sliced down the middle. A little salt and pepper and a couple of thumb nail sized dollops of HP sauce. Thank you very much.

blue boy,u want a bike to play with? i have in my garage a rx1000 that has not been used for years, its nearly all there and could be used for learning the ropes on without destroying your road bikes?

Ive been lucky and have had Newkid and Ian helping me at the moment and Dave next door gave me some tips the other day. Im very keen to learn how to maintain my bike...got criticised tonight for not cleaning her..mind you its done nothing but rain this week...so Im up for a workshop....bloomin good idea... Hey Stella...Im not a fussy bugger..I will eat anything except eggs...so am I invited...???
