Having my first ride out tonight by candlelight and loving it until it lashed it down and I limped home in the dark and wet cacking me pants!

RK - at least in the dark no one could see where the smell was coming from! Stick with it, it is actually quite fun in the rain.... when you go fast the drops caught in the headlights make it look as if you have just warped into hyperspace... *cough* dave - when I hear about some of the liberal ideas at my nieces and nephews school I am just amazed... Am glad that I can't have kids!!!* *not through any medical condition - I am just ing ugly!

TC part of the problem was my visor was up so the rain drops ended up on the inside and I couldn't see a thing

I did arrive home with a pack of dogs following me, must have been the steak I had for tea

LOL what the hells wrong with you a little rain is ok I "have" to ride in all weathers having only one form of transport, apart from getting a little wet if my gears not up to task I've usually enjoyed the ride what ever the weather.

Ah so that post was aimed at me was it Hull

In bad weather some of us prefer heated seats to heated grips and we're lucky enough to have the choice!

Now i'd hate to think you were scoffing at a returning biker learning new skills or that would put you firmly in the plonker corner!

Apology accepted
