Blue - Cassie will be back before you know it
shell and Dragon, been back in Hull just over 2 years. When I got the keys to our house I decorated the kids bedrooms, lounge, dining room and started the stairs, in less then 4 days , so why oh why are the stairs still only half painted a few years later.......... ?!
Thanks all for kind words , Cassie will only be gone a few days, but it's the first time we've been apart since she moved down here. What makes you think the party's not already started XK
Theres something mystical about stairs Nutkin, I stripped filled and painted the walls of the hall and stairs before I went on holiday in march, rubbed down all the woodwork the week I got back and one day I'll put a coat of gloss on.
I'd leave them as they are, love wood stripped back To be honest Im only a titch, and its a big open staircase in the middle of the house, the wall goes from the first landing (8 steps up) to the roof so you can imagine my dread of tackling it ! I would of left it as it was but its part of the dining room so couldnt. My little legs are shaking just thinking about it
