LOL at DM! Typical man thing this slight cold stuff...anything really....if you get anything...you are always dying.... I can't operate at all without a cup of tea or coffee in the morning...with the girls, I don't have time to have breakfast until I get back from the school run (which is a 5mile round trip!) so I need some stimulation! What naffed me off today is receiving my two hospital appointments...realising that I am going to have to go in and leave my girls for a couple of days...one is just to check whether the pea is still rattling round in the old shell!!!

Waking up to find that the kitten is missing. Has escaped through a locked cat flap. Walked miles looking for her and no sign

Oh dc hope you find the kitten safe and well, have you worked out how it managed to escape. I have had to say good bye to Jack the cat today which in an odd way was sad seeing him in his cat box looking all sad in the back of my daughters car heading back to Cornwall. He has been at mine for about 6 months so I reckon I am going to miss him even though I am not a real pet lover. Sorry Skins he seemed to get on ok with the dog again, in fact the poor dog was scared of him, so it looks like he won't be coming to live with you.

False alarm! 'Sprout' has been found. She had(god knows how) managed to get herself stuck behind the washing machine. I discovered her when i put the washer on and she started wailing. Why couldnt she have done that this morning???? Maybe i should change her name to 'Stupid'

Waking up yesterday evening to find a hole had appeared in my bathroom radiator flooding my bathroom, landing, pouring water through my kitchen ceiling, also into my hallway and downstairs loo, all carpets now totally ruined. Thank goodness for insurance the gasboard will replace the radiator and my buildings and contents hopefully will replace my other loses.

Sad at the fact that I'm back at home in sunny Darlo ready to get back to normality after two fantastic weeks with Cassie and having a brilliant Hogmany with her and my kids. Uber happy at knowing that Cassie is nearer to moving down this way so we can be near each other ALL the time WOO HOO!!! Gutted at the fact that I can't hog Guitar Hero 3 'cos the gruesome twosome keep booting me off and won't let me show them how their old man can still rock the house down lol

Nice one Blue & Cassie! Dave and I are hunting for a bigger house to share now too! Sad as I found out today my brother's girlfriend has taken the kids and moved in with a fella she has been having an affair with... noone had any idea... GUTTED for him. Please look after eachother peeps, especially where kids are involved, I KNOW peeps fall out of love etc etc but its only fair to end things amicably before affairs start happening and sh*t starts hitting fans....

same happened to me Leigh 14 months ago, she was my mate too Just want to say tho that your brother will one day turn a corner, and realise he is better off without her, after all, she has done it once and will do it again no doubt to her new fella. Its the kids I feel sorry for, their innocent in all this, their lives are ripped apart, they're stuck in the middle, and wont want to leave their dad but have been forced to - poor little things.... big hugs for them all xx

Hey you!! You tried so damn hard mate, I know that and the kids will too!! Don't put yourself down, you're a good Mum. What matters is you kept the family together and so it doesn't matter where you live in the end as long as you are all still together. They will know that broomski, believe me.
