Makes me sad when something nasty happens to someone and other folk say they wish nasty things would happen to the person who inflicted the nastyness. How does that make the world a better place? Surely that makes them as bad as the person who inflicted the injuries.

Just a gut reaction Kwak.. same as if someone was hitting me or one of my friends/family, my immediate reaction would be to hit back... eye for an eye ..and all that. Just MY opinion.

When my grandfather was knocked off his bike in a hit run, a then died somedays later i was going to take things into my own hands, but then talking it through with friends decided not to and left it to the police. Still makes me sad and angry! What goes around comes around! is how i look at things now.......

Spending the day in the car and on the phone trying to sort politics and smooth ruffled feathers, only to find out that it was all a waste of time and i am f**ked whichever way I turn! Actually sat here in tears cos right now my life feels such a mess. AND my children went away today for two and half weeks.

Hope he makes a speedy & full recovery RR - at least they've caught the culprits for what it's worth.

I know what you mean Kwak... and I try never to wish ill on anyone, no matter what they've done, because I think that sort of negativity just makes me bitter and twisted... the only person that harms is me.

The way I see it, karma's a bigger bitch than I'll ever be and they'll soon get theirs. (& I'm not talking about the karma chameleon blue bar )

RIP to your neighbour FG.

Cissy - give yourself a break and a nice pampering session - try to turn being without your children into a positive... It's probably not helping that you've tried to sort out the political shite on the same day that they set off, as you're feeling extra crappy to start with.

Sometimes there's just no sorting possible... You've tried, now it's up to the parties concerned to do their bit.

If you need someone neutral to scream at - feel free - I'm around most of tomorrow

THANK YOU ALL FOR your best wishes, All your coments are very generous and food for thought..V. Interesting...However I stand by my evil wishes & feel no guilt! there are nasty people in this world..with no empathy ormoral bounderies..Once they snap there is no stopping them and thugs are that & go looking to cause chaos to their victims /victims family/friends/and to their own. Wishing bad on people like that is just that .thoughts only......... NOT THE DEED Itself

*chucks a bucket of water over cissy* Cool down mate! There, feels better already eh? OW!!! Rube, there are some nasty people about! Hope your friend gets justice.I'm afraid i'm not one for this forgiving lark,if anyone harmed any of my family or anyone I cared for then I would seek revenge....and get it.

spending 5yrs in the university of crime is not payback as far as i'm concerned....they must suffer and feel the pain they inflict on their victims.
