Adjusted chain,topped up Scottoiler ,faffed around with mounting brackets on hanguards that i've fitted to bike(not Pretty,but winter-practical touch)on Rudolph the Speed Triple,ran up the other Triumphs and assorted others,just to keep batteries alive and kicking...stared out at pissing rain from garage,blew nose continually to rid myself of someone else's cold..:)>

Sprayed Rudolph with WD40,then off out for a blast around the Five Valleys to finish off old Bridgestone tyres,slightly damp ride with showers,but killed off cold germs and rear tyre ...:)>

Took Rudolph to have new Metzelers popped on Friday,started pissing it down as i was strapping them on back of bike,and same all the way into Stroud through evening traffic..stopped as soon as i pulled up outside bike shop....typical..:)>

Got battery jumpstarted to life,and rode rapidly back from Milady's residence,both dip beams gone,busted speedo cable too...hohum :/>

Ran up 600 Speedy,in case i need him as backup ,then fiddled about till i've decided that speedo cable and speedometer are not at fault on Rudolph,so is either speedo drive unit(much cheaper) or tab washer on hub(very cheap)....further investigations if i get bored with Queen's Speech...lol

It's Christmas Day,so nowt,but off out to Boxing Day Bike Meets,and hopefully New Year's Day ones too...(see Bike Events And Ride Outs posts)...burn off a few calories,couldn't hurt...lol :)>

Took Rudolph to a Boxing Day VMCC meet,nattered to some old cronies,eventually remembered to take some pictures as people started to leave,posted them up on profile..
