Been smiling all weekend :o)

Weather was cooperative, beer was flowing and the company was great AND I found my tent both nights! Woohoo!

I think me and my hangover are now going to soak in the tub and get some *real* sleep now, though ;o)

First proper ride on my Gpz900r......This thing must have blown the world away when new, its still impressive now. Its nice to ride a bike that most bikers respect.

I had the one of the first ones in brum bought new from kawasaki city for 3k new. it won the proddie TT in 1985. I only did 150 once. great bike. apparently though the anti-dive is prone to siezing.

Sorry Wills I got it for a song too just to rub the salt in! Yes I heard about the TT win Blues, And have been scouring the net for potential troubles......as you say the anti dive is a weak point but most owners disconnect it when fitting braided hoses. Apart from that and keeping an eye on the usual Kawasaki Build quality It doesn't seem a bike prone to major problems (unless you count the starter clutch) Mine is original save for a stainless system so somebody at least had the forethought to spend money on a known weak spot. Wills, if I see you at a meet and you would like a go please just ask...at worse you would have to leave your daughter as a security deposit LOL
