Twas yesterday actually, but seeing as i've just got in from work, am posting now....Making contact with a long lost friend, who i shall hopefully see very soon
Seeing my house get transformed by new windows, ( I have only been waiting about 8yrs) even been around the house taking pics how sad am I. The things you do when rain stops play.
Going to the solicitors today and knowing that my bike accident claim may be settled some time this year, the accident was over three years ago.
Being taken into the office at work yesterday and finally having the bank hours I had been doing added on to my contract. Just need to kill of one of the other members of staff so that I can gain another 15.5hrs to make my contract full time.
Don't know how long this will be around for but this blackbird made me chuckle!
Glad it's not outside my window tho'!!!

Video at the bottom of the story tells it all, copy and paste link if it doesn't work straight off.
LOL @ the Blackbird (feathered variety, not the 2 wheeled) story.
I have the real thing (emergency vehicles sirens) going past my home all day every day so I know how that family feel.
I'm not surprised the bird is mimicking a siren cos that's all we hear these days, if ya live close to a town/city centre.
Odd how I don't remember the roads being so busy with emergency vehicles when I was a kid, and odder that in this day of the 'can't do owt without it's sactioned by the health & safety mob' first, I'm amazed there are any accidents at all.
