going up to Scotland to see a mate in the car....when I went to set off to come home the crank shaft gave up on me so had to get a train back....paid 84 quid for the priveledge of having to stand up all the way back plus being rammed into the train like a sardine
Having to spend 5 hours re-installing Windows + service pack + all the drivers,software,modem and sundry other s**t, just to make a post I had to stop it crashing everytime I went on line
Feel better now I've done that

I have just passed a car parked on a pedestrian crossing. The driver was inside and the passenger door was wide open.
My guess is the passenger has just run to their house next to the crossing. Would it have been too much trouble to stop a few more yards up the road? The mind boggles.
I don't see a problem with fitting fighting chariot blades to his wheels? I'd only use them on vehicles who've mounted the pavement on the dropped kerb area marked KEEP CLEAR so wheelchair users & the like can cross the bloody street in relative safety. If the drivers are capable of trotting all of 12' to the paper shop, I'm sure, if pushed, they could manage 20 yards or so and park down the street a ways?
... and why do people going to the gym always try to park as near to the entrance as possible?
