I found a two-day-old email. I wasn't expecting it so I wasn't looking for it. It didn't say much. But it may mean that the sender trusts me. And I haven't felt like ing someone so much for a very long time. It made me feel tranquil. So I'd better get back to real life by visiting the pub.

Catalan 28, Castleford 6. This means that St. Helens take the League Leader's Shield (even if they don't deserve it.)

The face of a patient at work today, all I did was bring him a stick of rock back from Barmouth and he had the biggest smile and a tear in his eye saying he couldn't believe how I remembered to get it for him when I was away with my friends. He said my kindness overwhelmed him.( all I got him was a small stick of rock.)
Bless him he even offered to take me and my partner if I had one for a meal as a thank you, I told him I was on my own and there was no need for him to do that.

Just goes to prove that even the smallest acts of kindness can mean so much to someone. So remember folks that even doing something small for someone can make their day. Even if its just a smile.

Getting a text from oldest son...at last he's got his degree, in English and Theatre from Leeds. 2:1, as you were asking
He really really wants to be an actor. In the meantime, until he becomes the next Dr Who but one, he's helping run a cocktail bar. One of those thing you do with a university education...

Seeing the Referendum results coming in and a strong indication that it would go in favour of Better Together I said Danny that he should now apply to renew his UK passport. He got the application out the top draw and handed it to me with a pen.

All filled in and ready for him to take to the Post Office for the mugshot and the pennies, now where to first: Italy, Black forest and Nürburgring or should it be Route 66?
Decisions, decisions ....
