Thanks to everyone , you truely are lovely people on here .

I knew as soon as my big sis phoned and said "I've got some bad news" . I had ignored the previous call when I was eating my dinner thinking it was one of my step-daughter's mates calling , must have been my dad , tried calling him but he must have gone to the Mona for a few stiff drinks , so havn't spoken to him yet .

Jus got off the phone wi me dad , he'd gone to see her at lunchtime n she was sleeping , doctors told him to wake her up , he said no sleep is best , went again at 7pm an she was still sleeping , so took himself off to get some dinner at the Chef's Grill in Newtonmore , was halfway through his dinner when the phone call came thru to say she'd passed away , he didn't get to talk to her today so he's fairly cut up .
