Looking at my new bike that was delivered yesterday! Thinking I'm gona have to go for a gentle ride in the morning sunshine that's forecast tomorrow : )
Not smile more like beaming ....pot's surprised me by turning up at my place of work, dropped down on one knee and proposed all over again and presented me with the most beautiful emerald and diamond ring :)
made me more than smile emzed but it makes you think that when these bikes were running in the tt say in the 1930,s the average lap time was about 70-75mph and the average lap time for last year was 131mph.so over 80 yrs later only gone up by 50mph!!! and the other thing is that it would really make me laugh to put some of these modern day rossi wannabe,s on a bike like this and see if they could get it out of the first corner without wiping themselves out.cos you have to be able to really ride to handle older bikes.even bikes from the 70,s and early 80,s are a handful
