I've been for an interesting bimble to route 59, almost got blown sideways into a roundabout! It's fair to say it's a bit windy out there, warm but windy, and that's the weather not my rear end! :-)
XK the autumn camp was missed more due to me putting my back out along with my shoulder, and there is about a 60 mile difference between matlock and the camp site
I tried to get to chesterfield but the wind beat me, turned round at Doncaster and then stopped off at squires on way home! My body aches from thetough ride!
It was tough riding in such strong winds! My muscles across my back and arms were arching from trying to keep the bike position properly! What did you think I meant JP?? Lol
Enjoyed a ride out to Rutland Water, followed by a coffee in the sunshine at Stamford. Got blown about somewhat, and an interesting moment with a teeny fly inside my visor, but a fantastic first ride out minus L plates. Thanks to my fellow BMer, Rick, for the company.
