Had a phone call this evening out of the blue from one of my internet chums off another bike site, who'd managed to track down my number. Used to race in numerous Manx GPs, and we chewed the fat for over half an hour. I had to do a lot of apologising at first, as I wasn't listening properly and thought when I picked the phone up that he was a tele-salesman and got rid of him quickly. But he called back and all was explained, and forgiven!
Have had a very busy day, most of it helping my sister in law prepare for the weekend. Her youngest son gets married on Saturday, and this is the 1st event that she will have to face alone following the death of my brother on Boxing Day. It made me smile to see how stronger she is being :)
