I THOUGHT I WOULD GO OUT IN THE RAIN TO TEST HOW WATERPROOF MY PANTS AND JACKET ARENT . IT WORKED , I FOUND OUT AND ONLY GOT WET CLOSE TO HOME. RESULT.
@Tab- you "bimbled" like a "heat seeking missile"???? Pleeease teach me how to do that. lol Glad the bike thing is going well for you and hope your not still murdering birds.
It's a special technique, like a kung fu ninja in slow motion! Lol I don't murder birds, they are kamikaze titanium birds that cause havoc to my legs! Lol
It started as a short ride with my son then it turned in to him buying a new set of rear sets for his Aprila and spending the rest of the day fitting them now I just need to get sorted for the morning
I went on the ride of honour rally today and survived! It was sooooo good, but I so need a bigger bike so I can keep up with everyone, but I really enjoyed it apart from the mega thunder storm I got caught in! Soggy knickers! Lol
I went for a bimble and found a cafe that does biker nights on a Tuesday, and it's run by a lady biker. The cafe is called route 59 and its on the A59 skipton road, her coffee and bacon sandwiches are fab! I'm going to try and get there next Tuesday.
A ride over to the raven with other biker match folk, then back to Northwich to the low and sleazy event at the pub, sat in the sun with great company cup of tea and a burger listening to the bands
had a tootle out to Derbyshire..... Midland railway centre at Swanwick. Then got lost on the way back..... if in doubt follow the M1/M42 signs... Then the heavens opened as I hit the motorway. Soaked !!! Still Mrs AJ has just made me a nice hot cuppa. I can see why I married her.
also LOTS OF COURTEOUS DRIVERS TODAY MOVING OVER TO LET ME FILTER THROUGH.
I bimbled over (ninja stylie) to the route 59 cafe, had a fab bacon sarnie, 2 cups of coffee and met some new friends. I got to sit on some great bikes too! Lol
