Fishman and Takamine are fine guitars mate
But they are beyond my pocket
I'm very happy with my Gear4music 6 string though
It was reduced from over a £100 and I got it for less than £50
(slight mark on the headstock )
And it has 2 pick ups, a conventional bridge one
And a gooseneck mic inside connected to a balanced XLR
I hope you're as happy with your Fishman as I am with my bargain
Enjoy
Afraid there is XK
Maybe the key word you didn't put into your google search
Was "impedance"
Balanced impedance XLR inputs and outputs are quite common
Musicians and audio technicians don't always bother with the "big" word
Because they know what the term "balanced XLR" means
And apologies to Zed
I should have known it wasn't a "Fishman"
As they only make audio equipment
Not guitars
I'm happier today as someone gave me a really simple formula to remember stopping and thinking distances. Theory test here I come......................
Deal Done.
Hopefully by next weekend the Tiger i've just bought will have a new MOT and i'll be able to take her for a good ride and try to work out how i'm going to get my short hairy legs to touch the ground.
