Start off by sitting somewhere nice and comfortable.
Breathe slowly and deeply.
Close your eyes and picture yourself sitting by a mountain stream on a balmy Summer's afternoon...
Hear the birds softly chirping in the crisp, cool mountain air...
Feel the dappled sunlight caressing your skin...
This is your secret place. Nobody knows about it. Nothing can disturb you here.
You are in total seclusion from that hectic place we call "the World"...
The soothing sound of a gentle waterfall fills the air with a cascade of serenity.
The water is clear.
Crystal clear...
So clear that in fact, you can easily make out the face of the person you're holding under the water...
There now.... feeling better?
