I know it's not a motorcycle subject but seeing as there are a few people on this site, could i please ask a question. I am giving up smoking for the upteenth time, but this time i am on the patches 25mg at the moment and move onto the lower ones next week. My question is;- If anyone was on this program , did they feel lethargic and lazy with no motovation what so ever. I feel like this all the time and I really don't like it, i'd rather chuff on the old pipe again. Please tell me it's a passing side affect. Thankyou PTP

im no doctor but have spoken to plenty of people who use these patches on a reducing prescription regime, and it is a fairly common side effect. seems to be less noticeable with the lower dose. weirdest side effect i've heard of was very vivid sexual dreams, so if you start getting them its nothing to worry about!! lol

Go you for doing it . As has been said it can be a side effect on the higher dose patches.
