Unlucky for me I have fractured my wrist and will not be able to drive so i have a ticket for this rally would like to raffle it for a good cause but have less than 4 weeks does anyone have any good ideas?

Welcome to the club Sue, hope your wrist heals quickly. Like you say, it is a little short notice for a raffle. Maybe a B M member will buy it from you and you could give the money to charity.
