Rotate your photos before uploading

Please could I ask everyone to rotate your own photos before uploading?! It's creating a lot of work for me having to rotate everyone's photos the right way. All you have to do is use the Advanced Uploader which allows you to rotate any of your photos BEFORE uploading... The license for the Advanced Uploader cost a lot and I had hoped it would save me a lot of admin work rotating everyone's photos Thanks Matt

It's simple JP... when you're uploading pics there's little "Rotate" symbols at the bottom corners of every pic. Click which way you want to rotate. This is BEFORE uploading. It fixes it on your PC then uploads a correctly orientated photo to the server. This is only with the advanced uploader. With the simple uploader you'll have to manually do it on your PC first with a photo editing program

lol JP. And I don't think anyone "Wants" their profile sideways. It just annoys everyone having to turn their heads sideways to see the photo. And it causes people to report the profile to us to 'fix' the photo. :-)

My new camera will rotate the pics automatically before you upload them to the computer. I've always managed to rotate pics in the past using i-Photo.Besides, I've never got the bulk uploader to work for me. And yes, my computer is Java enabled.

Cat, I'm going to be upgrading the uploader soon. I'll ask you to test the new version if you don't mind. Cheers
