hi oggy try e-bay you can get workshop manuals on a cd, i just paid about £4 for mine off there, granted its a copy, in pdf format but gives you some good info and handy service info

ps. on the chopper subject yamaha / michelin spent thousands developing rossi's smaller 16 front tyre... raleigh had it sussed 30yrs ago, stick a smaller front in and improve turn in, this created chatter so they fitted ape hanger bars to damp it out, oh and stop you going over the front

lol andy when i was small my grandad used to build motorbikes from old ones an he adapted my chopper the thingy on the back for a basket had a motor bike seat welded to it the most we could get on the whole bike was 7 !!!! 3 on the back seat 2 on main one one in the middle an one on the handle bars !!!!! hurt like hell when ya crashed though all them bodies fallin on ya an it only took 1 to wobble an the lot of ya fell off !!!!!!!!
