hi does anyone know of any biker friendly places to stop arround the above listed areas ,
bike secure would be good ,up there at the barracks next week for medal ceremoney and family day ,i dont know whats good ,but i found it on the map :) any local knowledge would be great cheers ,steve

pately bridge is a good place to stop, the parking area isn't far from the river nidd. got some good twisty roads up there too.

Try the Sun Inn, it's just a few miles from Harrogate on the B road that goes from Menwith hill to Otley. A bit further down there is Squires Just off the A1 on the B1222 (i think).

Lord Stone cafe top of Carlton bank 1mile of A172 on road to Chop Gate

Helmsley market place any Sunday
could do the two above on same day

Whitby old railway cafe just of mini roundabout

Scarborough sea front near mini roundabout at harbour
Do the two above on same day

Tan Hill Highest pub in Britain turn right 1/2 mile past Keld on B6270 any Sunday

Hawes on A684 cafe 3/4 of the way through village on right going west
Do the two above on same day
