A FEMALE quad biker in Australia has been airlifted to hospital after being crushed by a cow.

Reports say, the woman, aged 55, collided the cow while riding her quad bike on private property. During the collision the bike flipped over and landed on the woman, after which the cow toppled over and landed on the bike.

She was was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital, where she arrived in a stable condition.

Sorry, no updates on the cow.
