Robbie Knievel is set to jump 16 double decker buses in <?xml:namespace prefix = st1 ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:smarttags" /><st1:City w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">London</st1:place></st1:City> on a XR750, on May 22, 2010.<?xml:namespace prefix = o ns = "urn:schemas-microsoft-com:office:office" /><o:p></o:p>
That's three more than his father Evel Knievel in his failed 1975 Wembley Stadium record attempt when he broke his pelvis in front of 90,000 fans.<o:p></o:p>
Evel was 37 at the time - son Robbie is 47.<o:p></o:p>

I think he is covered by Harley's warranty....
Might get down to see this. Saw Eddie Kidd set a record at Crayford in my youth (and even earlier saw Sammie Miller riding over a load of car roofs at Beaulieu but can't remember if he was setting a record or not).
Sounds like he has lived most of his life living up to what his dad did, trying to always do 1 better.
Good luck to the man though, I hope it goes better for him than it did for his dad
