LOL ... Would be easier if we had different pages for in box & out box, that could view more than just the last 10 or so emails sent/recieved Just an idea for an easier fix heheheh Gotta say tho ... thats a good one Julie .. FG & I will have to put on thinking caps to beat that one

can we not have a inbox indicator on the screen all the time, so if we get a message we get a indication in stead of like waiting till the screen goes white , like the box flashes etc

Am sure i can come up with something Shell... mind you we are still waiting for the "tick box" to do deletions, which was mentioned some time back i seem to recall

jesus.. no no and no lol. Saving posts? No - but I can change the search page so u can search for posts by people (It will give the results as topics and wont tell you what page the post is on). Or just press CTRL+D in internet explorer to save the page to your bookmarks. Or when you post a reply, tick the Email Me a Copy button so that you get an email (with page number ur up to). Then when u login the day after, just click the link in the email that u received.

I *think* Julie meant saving PMs, I guess the ability to create folders within our PM inboxes. Maybe this would negate the need to search by sender. Hope I've got that right.

I thought that's what she meant aswell Roachy! And Matt - are we gonna get tick boxes so that we can delete pm's en masse rather than one at a time or the whole lot? (over to you Shell....)

I would like to see a tick box at the end of each thread that when ticked you get an email telling you that the tread has been updated. very useful for some of the less active threads. if you want to stop receiving notifications about the thread then you un-tick the box

Phil, i know a lot want that, but it would mean that every time you hit the Post Message button the site would have to email x number of people. This can make the page posting time really long, too long. Saving PMs? They're already saved. A search option would be best I think. Much easier for people to understand too. Modifying the existing system to create folders would be a nightmare of a job to program (For those of you not into programming - it's harder to change an existing system than it is to design a new one!)

I know what you mean Matt ... but you did say you were going to work on the tick box so that we could delete selected PM's instead of doing one at a time or on mass ... Getting the fluffy slippers out :)
