Can any1 help plez, I have tried addin emoticons in2 forums and I cant get them to work. THink I am havin a senior moment

Try closing or minimising your browser... sometimes you'll find the pesky little emoticons window hiding behind it

ye kaz there the pesty fings that I cant get 2 work, I click and double click ........n nothing, me fingers r gettin tired wiv all the clicking, lol. wannabe I can see them they just wont work but fanx 4 tryin 2 help

Hmmm... different problem then! lol

How about clearing your cache/cookies/browsing history? Sometimes that makes other things work again

Teehee! Sorry... *wracks brains and tries to remember where it is on Internet Explorer!*

It's a long time since I used a pc... erm... I think there's an option at the top that says "Internet Tools" or "Internet Options" or something like that?

Try finding something along those lines and click on it... it should bring up a window or a drop-down list which gives you various options like "clear cache" "delete browsing history" "clear cookies" - all those types of things... just click on each one and let it do its thing

Be careful if you have saved any passwords to websites though - and don't choose the option that deletes them or you'll be stuck if you can't remember your passwords! lol

Emoticons on BM only work if you're using Internet Explorer. Use Firefox, Google Chrome or whatever and they just don't function. Dunno what the position is with Macs, but it might be the same. Don't blame me, blame Matt!

Woohoo! Nice one Drob Glad you were able to follow the slightly iffy advice!

The position with Macs is that emoticons on BM work via Firefox but not via Safari... but Safari sucks anyway... I love my Firefox
