Manufacturers set their own warranty period so I'm assuming these are used bikes in which case 12 months warranty is good, 3 months is more usual. As for the 3k limit I wonder if someone went transcontinental and came back with a claim 😄
The other thing that cracks me up is watching some of the walk around videos included in the listing. You can't hear the engine running because of the music blasting
