We're back at the Toby Carvery this year as the Glastonbury Hotel we used in 2019 can't accommodate us this year.
There is a Travelodge virtually right next door to the Toby Carvery.
All the booking details etc are posted on the events calendar.
I would advise early booking of the Travelodge as the price increases as Christmas approaches.
The cost at Travelodge as of today 14/09/22 is £90.98 for Friday £36.99 & Saturday £53.99

The Toby Carvery have asked for pre orders on Starters & Puddings from the following Menu.

Starters:
Tomato Soup (VE = vegan option available)
Cheesy Mushrooms with Garlic Bread (V = vegetarian)
Duo of Melons (V)
Prawn Cocktail
Chicken, Liver & Brandy Pate
Pigs in Blankets Stuffed Yorkie
Camembert Stuffed Yorkie (V)

Main is the Carvery with a choice of :
Roast Gammon
Roast turkey
Roast Beef
Roast Pork
Roast Lamb On selected days only
Freshly steamed & roasted veggies from the hot plate.
There will be a vegetarian option available.

Puddings:
Festive crumble (VE)
Christmas Pudding (VE)
Home Baked Chocolate Brownies (V)
Orange Matchmaker Sundae (V)
Dairy Ice Cream (V)

We will be at Lower Lode and will bring the menu with us so those who are there can choose, otherwise please PM either DAVE VM or Tinkytinkerbelle with your choices and for deposit payment details.

The Travelodge has increased the price of the rooms for the two nights. Friday 9th is now £37.99 & Saturday 10th is now £64.99 = 102.98. If you want to come to this event you need to get a room booked A.S.A.P as the price will continue to increase, the booking details are on the events calendar.

Just a reminder, we need confirmed numbers for Toby Carvery by October 31st. The deposit payment details are also on the calendar

Just an update on the Travelodge prices for the weekend 9/12/22 - 11/12/22 are now.
Friday is £43.99, Saturday is £64.99 = £108.98.
