Hi can you tell me if profiles on here are solely on this site or shared to other sites please? I was on a similar site a few years ago & my profile appeared on other sites that i hadn't registered with!
That practice of sharing your profile with “affiliate” sites used to be rife but after the GDPR rules on data storage and use a site has to explicitly ask your permission before sharing your data. Freedating for example is affiliated with Match and often tries to get you to agree to sharing data with Match. I guess they get commission for every referral.
