Been over 10 years since I did that with some work mates - Did the overnight to Cork, West coast, stayed in Galway B&B, more west coast, B&B and back via Rosslare. Fantastic scenery but very wet at times :-)
Depending on a whole bunch of other stuff I might be interested. It's a long time since I've been there, but the South West is incredible if you get the weather. What are you planning? How long, accommodation etc.
thinking maybe liverpool to dublin , then take in cork for a night then wing it , camping or air bnb if wet weather , ring of kerry then up past the shannon to galway and back to ferry ( maybe 2 weeks ? )
