I was just wondering how members are chosen for the ' Featured Profile' slot? I'm asking because this afternoon I clicked on one profile that came up there and after seeing their profile claimed their last visit was over 3 weeks ago I used the search function and found that their last visit was actually over 6 months ago. Seems a tad pointless to me to feature people that are obviously no longer active on the site.
I'm sure Matt will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think the only criteria for a profile to show on the featured list is for the member to have a profile pic.
I have to agree with you tho Cent, it does seem pointless if the member hasn't been on the site for a long time.
This has happened because a number of members who have been inactive for a while were given a free upgrade for Christmas so they could try the site out again.
One of the criteria for the features profile is that you have a full account. For this reason you might now see a number of "inactive" people on the list until Monday
