We can only change a picture if their is a picture to change it to. Otherwise we send a message requesting a new photo to be uploaded.
Maybe we need to start getting tough and if the only picture is not of the face we just remove the picture, send a message stating why we have done it and also the fact that it will reduce their chances as they will not show up on so many peoples searches and will not show as an avitar next to any posts

I agree fraglette, people like have some kind of idea, who they are actually talking to.
Although not everyone has access to putting pics on, or they don't know how to, so maybe an 'introductory period' of a week or two could be given to allow them to sort one out?
