hahahaha that is SOOOOOo true - I work in IT & in the dim & distant past used to work on a helpdesk...I dealt with 'internal' IT users & they're just as dim!

me too - been on helpdesks for too long. Now i only give support to techs and specialists which is MUCH better. A survey was actually done, that showed IT Helpdesk staff are the most unhappiest people. It really is a miserable job - i hated every minute of it.
