Just been to Sammy Millers Museum there and I have to say its still the best! I also went to Haynes Motor Museum at Sparkford nr Yeovil (around an hr from New Forrest) and that is mind blowing!!! Ok its only a sprinkling of bikes but with over 400 exhibits its a must if u any petrol in yer veins! Cafe there reasonably priced too and does good meal for £6. It really is incredible collection and well displayed too. There a section of grasstrack/speedway machines too if thats yer thing. Take yer camera and allow at least 3-4hrs to see it. I off to Coventry way soon to see the bike museums that way....anyone fancy a few days away looking at such heritage? Andy
Hey Andy - Sammy's is a great museum. I ride through the forrest alot - easy to get to after work and a great route through to the coast :) I haven't been to Haynes though - so I shall make that a weekend rideout in the not too distant future. Have fun in and around Coventry x
