I'm negotiating with a venue in Suffolk for a rally over the weekend of 10th - 12th August 2012. Before I go any further with the arrangements I need to know if there's an interest in the event. Bearing in mind this is still in the planning stage, I'm looking at disco and bands both nights, planned ride out on the Saturday, on site catering, showers, late bar, and a few surprises along the way. The likely cost is going to be £15.00. If there's enough interest I'll go ahead and arrange it so comments please.
Simon this is around the same time as Squires Rock and BIke Show, dont think the dates have been confirmed as yet, unless somebody else knows more than me lol
Thanks Jackie. Trouble is if you sit around waiting for every other person in the country to confirm their event dates nothing would ever get organised. I'll keep an eye on this thread anyway and see how it goes.
Good idea for you to switch the dates for this. Not that its a problem for me with the dates but I do argee. You should sort out events and hopefully you will get the support you deserve
