Reading house rentals set to rise again this year whilst property prices will fall by another 10-15%....
They already dropped 15-20% in last 18mths they say.
House WILL become affordable by the time mortgages are once again available.

Well done Beanz I had no doubts that you would though You've worked so hard and pushed your body to it's limits But you are too experienced and had too many safe miles behind you to fail I'm glad that you didn't let "nerves" get the better of you Now just relax and enjoy your riding Maybe a little "rest" before you go tearing around joining in the fun Ride free Ride safe

Finishing work at 5pm today, no work till 8.30am Monday, got a fantastic weekend ahead planned with some "beautiful" people..! Looking forward to seing you all. Lets hope the sun shines all weekend.
