My smile was given to me last nite, when my son (Shadz) Danno phoned me to tell me his good news, he's asked his girlfriend to marry him and she said yes.

Looking at the time, I suppose it was yesterday.
I had a trip to the Essex coast and a wonderful walk along the front, it was raining but didn't matter as it was a brilliant day
Having felt really low a flurry of messages and calls from many has cheered me up no end. There are some really lovely people on here and i general. Its at times like this that you find the gems amongst the rocks. Thanks all. May all your thoughts be happy ones.
hurtz. You are so right, there are lots of good people here that are always willing to give support and you are on of those people. BM is much more than what people first think. A mother, father, brother, sister, a shoulder to cry on, some where to rant and rave, somewhere to show affection and so on. There is nothing else like it that I know and it is wonderful to be part of that
David...my tv & duvet dont have contact with each other, i wrap myself round in my duvet while the tv is firmly placed at the side of my bed!
As for good people on here David you have been more than a good friend to me, I remember keeping you up into early hours while i was very upset, I,ll never forget that and always be grateful you were there for me.
