I like to ride on my jack, I spend all my working day riding at other peoples speed, so it's nice to ride at my own pace. Are you happy with your bike?

I would prefer to ride with someone, or have a pillion to share. However I usually end up riding alone, but it has advantages as in decision making when wanting to change the route etc. Yes happy with my bike. To what age do you think you can keep riding?

I don't know about age, but hopefully about a second after my last ride. How many nights a week do you go to a pub?

At one time I went every night, now hardly ever. Do you go for a drink for a night out socialising, or wth the intention of getting sozzled?

I can think of loads, but not sure that I should, well not here anyway I have never used the chat room here, thats not quite true, I went there once and no one was in. Have you and what do you think about it?

l have been on the chat room but it goes so quick its best to single out one person and chat to them, it does get a bit heated sometimes so l find the side lines a good place to stay.

Who are more romantic - men or women?

Not a particularly easy one to answer, I could only generalise. Outwardly it would be women, men are probably more romantic then they are prepared to show. Do you see any future in the institution of marriage?

not as a stupid big ceremony that totally detracts from what it is actually about no!!! but a small gathering in personal surroundings that actually means something..... maybe do you watch the news? or think its all hyped up negative rubbish?

I do watch or listen to the news at least once a day. I don't necessarily take it all seriously. What the current government does and says, I take with a pinch of salt. I am fed up with hearing what gives you cancer and what reduces your chances of getting it. You should take Aspirin, you shouldn't take aspirin. They should make up their minds or zip up. I think it is important to know what is happening outside of the UK, because like it or not these things do eventually affect us. WOW I could go on What would be the best thing this government could do to help all of us?

bugger orf.... (the government not you david ) ... its all a big game, i once read a book called The Talisman by Peter Straub alias of Stephen King anyhow its all about parallel worlds etc where you can see the real evil men etc... well i think all or most governments and people in powerful jobs are actually evil or maybe robots trying to brainwash and control the rest of us...........that is the freedom fighting sceptical wild creative thinking hippy chick in me talking.... pmsl .... bring on the revolution...... do they ever ask me about the laws they bring in ..... no!! phew....do you like a cuppa in bed whilst you wake up?

I do but had to stop doing it. Found the time ran away with its self and where I woke up early, I ended up being late for work. So now I get up and have a coffee or three and a cigi, check out BM and FB and any emails. Also I print off anything for work that day, if needed. That way I get my head together, sort of. Could you, or would you want to survive on a three day week and have an improved relaxed life style?

definately, definately, definately..... and did i say yesss please id love to cut my hours right down and live on less in order to have more of my life for me ... that is what im kinda looking to do now.... but it may mean living on a dinghy.........no mortgage, not so many work deadlines..... more of what i want to do.... wow heaven do you thnk fuel prices will ever come down again?

Deleted Member @ 24/03/2012 11:28

Living on a dingy is OK, as long as it's a big dingy. I too have been looking into that for a while now. Last year at K.I.S.S. we wer next to the canal and that revived my dream. Fuel cost Not really. The price may drop a few pence per litre for a while but then creap back up again, and so on. Unfortunatly it's a question of supply and demand, we want it they'v got it. So it may be back to your revolution If you were told that you were not allowed to ride you bike again, even thoughyou were fully capable. What would you do or say? Shall I duck

Doctors - guess i would listen
Govt - F### YOU!!
Police - catch me if you can haha
Guess what i mean is if it was justifiable i'd stop, if not, i'd ride illegally

Yes, but I don't use a hosepipe anyway. Good old buckets and sponge! How often does your bike get a clean?

davidneale @ 25/03/2012 22:12

umm... when she is mucky!! do you spend hours polishing your bike every time you wash it?

   Update Reply
Deleted Member @ 25/03/2012 22:44

No. I have polished twice since last May and washed her once. Somehow it seems to stay clean and I do ride in all weathers. I do however give it a wipe down and a few squirts of WD40 after a wet ride. I do have to look after the old lady, poor old cow How much importance do you put on regular maintenance? The bike that is!

davidneale @ 25/03/2012 23:28
