Spot on David!

Apparantly choccy calories are not the same as 'normal' calories, causing the metabolism to work harder, making choccy a good slimming food 'cos it's calorie neutral!

Knew I was right all along - all those years of dedicated choccy munching were not in vain!

And of course, I just had to celebrate today with.............. choccy!!!!!

Just thinking how nice it was to have my leave this week , I got allocated it and didn't really want it but couldn't change and ended up forgetting about it , as it turns out I got on the mablethorpe sandracing event and been out every day in the sun.

Back to work on Sunday just in time for the rain coming ;)

200 mile round trip on the bike to sit and drink tea and eat choccie biccies in the sunshine with a mate i'd not seen for a while

I'd didnt even mind getting my hands dirty when we had a break and lifted an engine out of a bike he's workign on.. :)
