I have a 28yr old "stepdaughter", who really is'nt my stepdaughter at all. I was with her mum for years and have a 20 yr old son from the relationship, we never married. I have known my stepdaughter since she was 15 months old and she tells everyone I am her Dad. Kids don't forget easily, people who are a positive and loving influence in thier lives. so, as rockchikdeelicious says, you have probably have happy times to look forward to, in the future. That is something special you have there. Good on you mate.

Only problem will be prioritising camping weekends as he doesnt get as many hols as me and making sure my ward sister who does the off duty doesnt keep making me work every weekend! Worked every weekend since halloween! Only weekend i have off in jan is annual leave booked lol! hope everyone is having a fab new year so far tho coz i definitely am!
