The smile on (one of my patients) kids faces, when i rescued their Xmas, by delievering their xmas pressies to them at their foster moms house. (was yesterday actually, but i was too tired to post after work last night).

i'm just watching the weird and wonderful alice in wonderland ballet with my girls whilst i'm waiting for the lunch to cook, so pretty chilled here and looking forward to second xmas day tomorrow night!!
