Betty that prob is the reason , I have not slept propperly since getting the plaster off my foot 2 1/2 weeks ago cos there is still a lot of pain from the covers pressing on my foot

Will drop some hints to Ian for the massage

even my aches and pains cant wipe the permanent grin off my face...

life really doesnt get much better than the way mine is at the moment and its all positive.....about bloomin time too!!!! lol

I had god day today, helped a pal move house until 10-15am then went met someone I chat to on here...spent good few hrs walking my dogs,eating out,chattin.visiting a priory lol, then home,changed an out to see Johny English wiv an ex g/f who bought me a drink and my supper too. all in all a good day...thanks those involved u know who u are..x

Happy memories of a lovely man, who became a dear friend, today would have been his 49th birthday

RIP Mike, dearly missed, you taught me that nothing could get you or keep you down unless you allowed it too.

You never let your CF dictate to you what you could & could not do & were a fighter till the end.

Have to admit i've had a ropey day but huge hugs and plenty of coffee and tlc have sorted me out.... Thankfully he didnt mind me dribbling due to a numb face from the dentist nor the cold sore the size of a melon nor the whinging....roll on saturday :-)

Oh and its now friday and tonight simon i am going to look like a muppet in a blue bin bag, drink coke, and have to dash off coz i hav to work an early :-)

Thanks Mizzi , Mike was Ian's brother, fantastic bloke, used to drag race on a bike, and a great insperation to me.

Looking forward to seeing everyone tonight, Ian made it back from Glasgow last night :-) so we will be there yipseeeeeeeeeee !!!
