I smile every morning when I wake up - first thing I do is flex my elbows - if I cant feel a wooden box, I know its going t be a good day ...

(Yesterday)
My new friend Lyn came over for lunch for the first time, she's a lovely person.
We met while we were both in hospital, just before she was admitted to hospital her fiance died, a few weeks before their wedding day.

Shell, an osteopath once told me that one of the most common causes of what you describe is by sleeping in an awkward position. (I liken it to sleeping whilst standing on my head!!) So the problem is probably muscular - relating to those in your shoulders, neck and back of head. So try massaging those areas. I only know this as I have had major probs with mine since a bad crash several years ago, but I find massage works wonders!
